Capital Felony -- death or life imprisonment.
1st Degree Felony -- up to 30 years imprisonment and up to $10,000 fine.
2nd Degree Felony -- up to 15 years imprisonment and up to $10,000 fine.
3rd Degree Felony -- up to 5 years imprisonment and up to $5,000 fine.
